PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support Eldorado Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics, delivering high-quality patient care and helping create a comfortable, efficient practice environment. You will assist the dentist, maintain sterile conditions, capture X-rays and intra-oral images, and follow ADA and regulatory guidelines to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant in good standing.
• Ability to take dental radiographs and intra-oral pictures as part of patient care.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment in the dental operatory.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$21.00-$29.25 / Hourly
