Job summary

PDS Health in Washington is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to support patients and clinicians, ensuring a smooth, sterile environment and accurate X‑rays and intra-oral images.

You will join a team focused on clinical excellence, with a competitive pay range of $24.25–$33.75 per hour, CE units, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a strong commitment to diversity and community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with State, Federal, and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR).

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

$24.25-$33.75 / Hourly
