PDS Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team and advance your career in modern dentistry. You will support the dentist in delivering the best patient experience, maintain a clean and welcoming surgical environment, and utilize dental imaging to assist in treatment planning.

You will contribute to the patient journey with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and compassionate care.

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient's commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with state/federal regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies).

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient's commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You'll also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
