Coppell Modern Dentistry is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Coppell, TX. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to gain valuable skills in a modern dental practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to secure the best possible treatment plan and patient experience.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and support with x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories in compliance with ADA, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$22.00-$30.75 / Hourly
