Coppell Modern Dentistry in Coppell, TX is seeking a skilled Registered Dental Assistant to join a team dedicated to patient comfort and clinical excellence. You will assist the dentist, maintain a clean and sterile environment, and help capture x-rays and intra-oral images as appropriate.

This role offers competitive hourly pay between $22.00 and $30.75, plus a benefits package, continuing education support, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401K, child care assistance, and volunteer time.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification or license as applicable.
• Experience supporting dentists and managing radiographs/equipment is preferred.
• Ability to maintain sterile environments and comply with regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment; complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories in line with ADA guidelines and regulatory policies.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
