We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our JD Ross Energy brand.

You will be recruiting across the Wind, Solar, or Renewable Energy market. We seek individuals who want to build our brand in the market, creating new relationships and leveraging existing accounts with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for career advancement.

You should have strong client development and recruitment skills, with at least 2 years of experience as a 360 recruitment consultant. Business development experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  2. Drive business development through cold calling, meetings, and networking to establish new client relationships.
  3. Expand and manage relationships with existing clients.
  4. Stay updated with industry knowledge and market mapping.
  5. Negotiate effectively with clients and candidates.
  6. Identify top candidates in your niche within renewable energy, including relationship building, advertising, qualifying candidates, selling opportunities, pitching, and negotiating.
Qualifications
  1. At least 2 years in an agency 360 recruitment role, at a senior or principal level.
  2. Process-driven with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Team-oriented and collaborative, thriving in a team-based environment.
