The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our high-performing SciPro NY team, helping scale client relationships, and playing a key role in shaping our growth. You’ll have the freedom and support to develop your own market focus and take on more responsibility in leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing 360° recruitment across Life Sciences (contract or perm)
• Building and nurturing client relationships across the US market
• Delivering retained, exclusive, and contingent searches
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team development
• Driving business development and building out a scalable desk
• Supporting some of the most active and innovative VC-backed companies in the sector
