If you're a seasoned sales professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of closing deals, this is your opportunity to leverage your skills in a high-income, performance-driven environment.

About the Role

This is a fully remote position. As a Closer, you will be instrumental in guiding motivated homeowners through the process of selling their properties, focusing on off-market distressed real estate. You will receive pre-qualified appointments from our Appointment Setters, allowing you to concentrate on consultative selling, property analysis, objection handling, and ultimately, closing deals. This role is designed for individuals who excel in a competitive landscape and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual appointments via phone and video calls with motivated sellers.
• Masterfully present property investment opportunities and guide sellers through the decision-making process.
• Analyze property details and provide clear, concise information to potential sellers.
• Effectively handle objections and address any concerns sellers may have.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for all parties.
• Manage your pipeline end-to-end, from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across phone, video, and written channels.
• Adhere to proven sales systems and best practices to achieve consistent results.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful closers can expect to earn between $120,000 and $180,000 annually, based on performance. Your income is directly tied to your ability to close deals, offering a truly competitive opportunity for high achievers.
