A real estate agency in Tampa is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join their team. This commission-only role offers a unique opportunity for growth and income through strong sales techniques, coaching, and team support. As a Real Estate Agent, you will negotiate offers, consult with clients, and manage real estate processes while being part of a team focused on exceeding client expectations. Ideal candidates should have a real estate license and at least 3 years of sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Consult with buyers and sellers to identify homes.

• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice.

• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and partner calls.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
