Job summary

Bartingale Mechanical, headquartered in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from planning through completion, working with field and office teams to meet client expectations. You will help drive project success within the Jamar Company family.

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of construction experience in mechanical plumbing/HVAC; OR 10+ years of construction experience with PM exposure.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, and standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and estimating platforms.

At a Glance

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Travel: 15-20% to local and regional projectsites and customer locations.

Required Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 5+years of experience OR 10+ years ofexperience

Schedule: Standard full-time schedule. Workhours may occasionally vary to support project deadlines, workload, andoperational requirements.

What You'll Do

As an ExperiencedProject Manager, you’ll lead projects from award through closeout, ensuringthey are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment withclient expectations. You’ll coordinate project teams and stakeholders, managefinancial performance, and proactively address challenges to keep work movingforward.

In this role, youwill:

• Establish project goals,schedules, budgets, milestones, staffing needs, and deliverables.
• Lead project startup,permitting, coordination, execution, and closeout activities.
• Manage project costs,forecasts, schedules, progress reports, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee contracts, RFIs,invoices, change orders, meetings, and project documentation.
• Build strong relationshipswith clients, contractors, design partners, field teams, and regulatorycontacts.
• Identify risks, resolveconflicts, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure projects meet company,client, quality, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for anexperienced construction professional who combines strong technical knowledgewith the ownership, organization, and communication skills needed to leadsuccessful projects.

• RequiredQualifications
• Bachelor's degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or related field of study PLUS five (5) years or more ofconstruction experience in mechanical plumbing/HVAC; OR ten (10) years or more ofprogressively responsible experience in commercial construction,including experience as a project manager.
• Strong knowledge ofcommercial construction methods, drawings, specifications, materials, andapplicable industry standards.
• Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore,and estimating platforms.
• Must possess and maintain avalid driver's license.
• Ability to take ownership ofresponsibilities and communicate effectively with others.
