Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking an experienced program controls professional to lead planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for heavy industrial projects in the United States.

You will develop schedules, monitor changes, apply Earned Value, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure safety and on-time delivery. A BS/MS in Construction Science is preferred, and AACE/PMI certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• BS or MS in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• AACE International or PMI certification preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule heavy industrial projects, monitor costs and estimates.
• Develop schedules for contract packages to forecast activities and conflicts.
• Maintain change notice management and facilitate hearings.
• Develop cost estimates and maintain the cost system with reconciliations.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to ensure safety and schedule alignment.
• Mentor teammates and coach others in project controls best practices.
