Job summary

The Learning Experience in Florida seeks an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our caring team and deliver engaging early education using the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

You will foster a nurturing classroom where children learn through play, growth mindset, and positive social development. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will partner with families and center leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and academic-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or at least 6 months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting activities to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Maintain regular communication with parents via apps and personal discussions.
