Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher to join our team in a warm, engaging environment. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom and implement the LEAP curriculum through play, while supporting children’s overall development and well-being.

Collaboration with other teachers and leadership is essential, as is maintaining licensing standards and keeping families informed about each child’s progress. Competitive benefits and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Caring, dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of professional childcare/teaching experience required.
• One year or more of experience preferred.
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment.
• Implement our proprietary LEAP curriculum through play and hands-on learning.
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Keep parents connected to their child’s day and accomplishments.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership.
