Job summary

The Learning Experience - Zephyrhills, FL is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team as a Lead Preschool Teacher. You will create a welcoming, engaging classroom where young children learn, play, and grow, using our proprietary L.E.A.P.

Curriculum and collaborating with families and staff. Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for early education, at least 6 months to 1 year of teaching experience, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year teaching experience preferred or at least 6 months required.
• CDA certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate with parents and caregivers.
• Passion for educating and caring for children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum across infants to preschool as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to boost enrollment and engagement.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
