The Learning Experience in Florida is seeking a Lead Teacher to set the foundation for lifelong learning, inspire joy and curiosity, and act as an ambassador of happiness for young children.

You will lead classrooms, implement our proprietary LEAP Curriculum®, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, communicate with families, and partner with center staff to drive retention and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Experience in childcare with classroom leadership.
• Immunizations and health and safety training as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children.
• Lead classroom instruction and implement the LEAP Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment and communicate with families about progress.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
