The Learning Experience in St. Augustine, FL is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our two-year-old classroom. You will create a welcoming, engaging space where children learn through play, build foundational skills, and grow emotionally with the LEAP Curriculum®.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred, or six months required.
• Commitment to safety and child development.
• Ability to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
