Job summary

HK Contractors, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support highway, utility, and site crews in Idaho Falls. You will perform manual tasks, operate basic equipment, and assist with trenching, pipe work, and site cleanup.

This role requires attention to safety, the ability to follow supervisor instructions, a valid driver's license, and teamwork. GED or high school diploma preferred; previous field experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous related construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently per designed parameters.
• Locate utilities and other buried lines before digging.
• Shovel earth to prepare ground trenches for pipes.
• May operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Regular and on-time attendance and teamwork.
