Candidate must be admitted to the local state bar and hold a JD from an accredited law school, with at least 3 years PI experience. The role emphasizes handling high-volume litigation and trials, drafting complex documents, and direct client guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a high-demand firm.
• Open to trying cases and handling trials.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients and keep them informed.
• Draft all documents including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle.
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and other proceedings.
