Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.

• Willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they go through their progression towards settlement or trials.
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc.
