Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well established plaintiff's firm in Augusta, GA. This on-site role centers on litigation and trial work in a high-volume practice. You will manage litigation files through settlement or trial, draft motions and pleadings, and guide clients through the entire case.

Depositions, mediations, and hearings will be part of daily responsibilities. Requirements include a bar admission, a JD from an accredited law school, at least 3 years of PI

Qualifications

• Must have active bar admission in the local state.
• Must hold a JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Willingness to handle a high-volume case load and take cases to trial.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trial.
• Explain the litigation process clearly to clients.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and related proceedings.
