Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney in Tennessee. Represent plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims, managing cases from intake through trial.

Must have a Tennessee Bar license, 4+ years of PI litigation (5+ preferred). Memphis in-office; Nashville offers in-office or remote work. Attractive OTE with productivity-based upside and meaningful client impact.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims.
• Manage cases from intake and investigation through settlement, mediation, litigation, and trial.
• Develop effective case strategies through legal research, evidence analysis, medical record review, and witness interviews.
• Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, court appearances, and trials as appropriate.
• Independently manage a substantial caseload while maintaining strong organization and deadlines.
• Work closely with legal support staff to keep cases moving efficiently and provide an excellent client experience.
• Contribute to firm growth by identifying and bringing new personal injury matters into the practice.
