The ideal candidate is admitted to the state bar, holds a law degree from an accredited school, has 3+ years PI experience, and is comfortable handling a high-volume caseload and trying cases.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• JD or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Willing to work in a high-volume litigation environment.
• Open to trying cases and handling trials.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trial.
• Explain the process to clients and keep them informed.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle from start to finish.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and related proceedings.
