Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients and keep them informed.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other documents.
• Guide clients through entire case lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and related proceedings.
