Job summary

Omega Law Group, PC in Houston, TX, is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to support our injury practice and guide clients through the claims process from intake to resolution, onsite five days a week at 720 N Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX 77024.

You will be the primary contact for clients, manage a high-volume caseload, collect evidence, coordinate medical care, file documents, initiate insurance claims, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of personal injury case management experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and empathy towards clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for heavy client contact.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Spanish language ability is a plus; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations to gather case details.
• Oversee pre-litigation aspects from intake to disbursement.
• Maintain organized client files and document management.
• Collect evidence, statements, and medical records.
• Coordinate medical treatment and care recommendations.
• Maintain client communication via text and phone.
• Schedule medical appointments and assist with healthcare access.
• Initiate insurance claims and manage liens.
• Prepare legal documents related to each case.
• Mentor and train case manager assistants.
