Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database expertise (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing speed of ≥35 wpm.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and proactive in client, insurer, and medical provider interactions.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Work with coworkers involved in case management and support.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare comprehensive demands for carriers under attorney supervision.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis as required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
