You will generate leads, handle transactions, and support multiple branch locations while delivering a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of banking or customer-contact sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work supervised.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or teller roles preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to work with regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Personal Banker and Service Representative duties.
• Provide transactional support and dual control as applicable.
• Open personal and business accounts and prepare documentation.
• Process loan applications including various products.
• Assist customers with requests and resolve issues.
• Handle wire transfers and other branch transactions.
• Follow security procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Interface with customers in person or by phone.
• Support multiple branches as needed.
• Meet activity and growth goals and generate referrals.
• Adhere to internal policies and compliance training.
• Complete annual compliance courses.
