Duke Clinical Research Institute in Durham, NC is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our hospital-based clinic team. You will plan and provide professional nursing care, supervise care providers, and support coordination of patient care.

The role requires a BSN or ADN or nursing diploma, current NC RN licensure, and BLS certification. Schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
• All registered nurses without a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or higher) must enroll in a BSN program within two years and complete within five years of start date.
• Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure.
• BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and provide professional nursing care for patients in accordance with the medical and nursing plans of care and established policies and procedures.
• Delegate tasks and supervise the activities of other licensed and unlicensed care providers.
• Act as team leader or charge nurse as assigned and support coordination of patient care.
• Monitor and initiate corrective action to maintain the environment of care including equipment and material resources.
• Support professional development, preceptorship, performance improvement, and patient/family education.
