St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Network Float PCA to provide top-quality patient care across various clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of inpatient hospital experience and the ability to travel between campuses. The Central Staffing Department supports our Network Campuses by maintaining appropriate staffing levels, enabling our PCAs to deliver top-quality patient care. The Network Float (Central Staffing) PCA is an experienced professional who provides care across various clinical settings within the network, participating in data collection, planning, and patient care implementation.
Positions are available for Evening or Night shifts, based on network needs. Full-time (36 or 40 hours/week) and part-time (<36 hours/week) options are available. All positions require the ability to complete 6 consecutive days of initial orientation, including unit-specific training. Holiday and weekend work may be required per unit policies.
Ability to sit up to 7 hours/day, stand up to 10 hours/day, walk 6 hours/day, lift objects up to 75 lbs occasionally, and transport patients up to 400 lbs. Must perceive attributes through touch, hear normal and high/low frequencies, and see general, near, far, color, and peripheral vision.
