The Central Staffing Department supports our network campuses to maintain appropriate staffing levels, enabling our PCA's to deliver top-quality care. The Network Float (Central Staffing) PCA is an experienced professional motivated by the challenge of providing care across various clinical settings within the network. Responsibilities include patient care, data collection, planning, and implementation of care.

Ability to sit up to 7 hours/day, stand up to 10 hours/day, walk for 6 hours/day, lift objects up to 75 lbs, transport patients weighing up to 400 lbs, and perceive attributes through touch, hearing, and vision.
