The Central Staffing Department supports our network campuses to ensure appropriate staffing levels, enabling our PCAs to provide top-quality care. The Network Float (Central Staffing) PCA is an experienced professional motivated by the challenge of providing care across multiple clinical settings within the network. Responsibilities include patient care, data collection, planning, and implementation of care.
Positions are available for evening or night shifts, based on network needs.
Ability to sit up to 7 hours, stand for up to 10 hours, walk for 6 hours, lift objects up to 75 lbs, and transport patients weighing up to 400 lbs. Must perceive attributes through touch, hear normal and high/low frequencies, and see general, near, far, color, and peripheral vision.
