The St. Luke’s Central Staffing Department supports the Network Campuses to ensure appropriate staffing levels, enabling our PCAs to deliver top-quality care. The Network Float (Central Staffing) PCA is an experienced professional motivated by the challenge of providing care across clinical settings in the network. The PCA is responsible for providing patient care, participating in data collection, planning, and implementation of patient care.
Positions available for Evening or Night shifts only, based on network needs.

Sit up to 7 hours/day, stand up to 10 hours/day, walk up to 6 hours/day, lift objects up to 75 lbs occasionally, transport patients up to 400 lbs, and other physical requirements as detailed.
High School diploma or equivalent required; healthcare specialty training preferred.
Experience in an inpatient acute care setting preferred. Obtain BLS certification within 60 days of employment. Basic computer skills required. Attend St. Luke’s University Health Network APC and MT courses or demonstrate previous training through competency testing.
