Foodland Super Market Ltd. is seeking a Pastry Lead for the Sullivan Family Kitchen (SFK) in Waipahu.

This full-time role involves leading the pastry team in preparation, production and baking while upholding strict sanitation and safety standards. You will manage order writing, inventory, and verification processes, and must be able to handle lifting 30–50 lbs and work in warm or refrigerated environments.

Qualifications

• Requires prior leadership experience and ability to supervise a pastry team.
• Experience in pastry baking and sanitation/safety practices.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (prep sheets, emails).
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in warm/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and supervise the pastry team in preparation, production and baking.
• Oversee daily work and assist as needed to keep team on track.
• Create prep sheets, schedules, inventory and verification processes.
• Ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with team and use computer for prep docs and emails.
