EXPERIENCED PANTRY CHEF

Seeking an Experienced Pantry Chef that can handle a very high volume:

• Must be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Must have previous kitchen experience.

Pantry/Prep Experience.

Follow restaurant protocols and menu guidelines.

Work in a clean and organized fashion and follow health department regulations.

Prep work basic vegetable prep to include peeling, slicing, dicing, and portioning.

Making desserts, dressings, salads, and cold menu items.

General cleaning to include equipment, floors, walls, coolers, and freezers.

Plating dishes - presenting food for guests to the chef’s specifications.

Ability to stay positive under pressure.

Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
