Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and adjust programs under the guidance of a BCBA.

Strong communication with families and clinicians is essential. The ideal candidate has an RBT/BACB credential, CPI certification, and CPR/BLS or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Behavior Technician by BACB.com or have registered to take the RBT exam.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to hire.
• CP I Crisis Prevention Intervention or equivalent certification.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid work authorization.
• HS diploma required and experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collect and review client data and progress with supervisors.
• Teach replacement behaviors and promote positive behavior management.
• Communicate progress with supervising BCBA and families as needed.
• Provide transportation to client locations as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and progress.
