Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans and report progress to supervising BCBA.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team across multiple cases. Prior certification or active RBT candidacy is needed along with CPR/First Aid readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple age groups.
• Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) or registered to take the RBT exam; CPI certification is a plus.
• CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain; OSHA, HIV, HIPAA, CPR, and First Aid credentials or willingness to acquire them.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Accept and implement feedback from BCBA for program integrity.
• Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism and related disorders.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• Transport clients to therapy sessions as required by treatment plans.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
• Review data and progress reports to strategize program improvements.
• Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately.
• Assist in creating instructional materials.
• Attend in-service trainings and related meetings.
• Desire to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Skills

Experience with multiple age groups

Spanish bilingual (a plus)

Education

Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) or RBT exam candidate

CPI certification or equivalent

CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain

HS diploma

OSHA/HIV/HIPAA training or willing to obtain
