Join a team of 9 seasoned professionals, including 4 loan officers, dedicated to helping clients access the best agents, staff, and service in the industry while handling loan processing, underwriting readiness, and borrower support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
• Knowledge of basic loan processing procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate and privacy, including Reg Z and RESPA.

Responsibilities

• Send application package to potential borrowers.
• Process loan applications.
• Submit loans through Arive.
• Review borrower docs and prepare for underwriter submission.
• Obtain all conditions required from borrowers, including income docs, bank statements, and paycheck stubs.
• Review income.
• Answer all borrower related questions.
• Communicate with escrow.
