Primoris Services Corporation is seeking skilled Medium Equipment Operators to join our team in Russell Springs, KY. You will safely operate a range of medium-sized equipment for site prep, excavation, and material handling on construction projects.

The role requires 2–5 years of equipment experience, ability to read grade stakes, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. CDL preferred but not required; pre-employment drug screen and background check are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience operating various medium-sized heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret grade stakes and construction documents is a plus.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium-sized heavy equipment (water trucks, articulated off-road trucks, motor graders, rollers, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report issues.
• Load/unload materials, grade surfaces, and dig trenches per project plans.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers on site; assist with general labor when needed.
