Position Overview

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for any of our office locations. This role offers flexibility, including remote work options, with occasional travel for training, trial preparation, and in-person events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• Minimum of five years litigation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage complex litigation documents
• Proficiency in Relativity or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Asana, and legal research tools

Responsibilities

• Support trial counsel throughout litigation stages
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct factual investigations and assist in trial preparations
• Manage electronic and paper filings in state and federal courts
• Navigate court websites and perform legal research
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
• Record billable hours accurately
