Qualifications

• ASE or manufacturing training is required or preferred.
• High CSI performance is a must.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean MVR.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently per dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Perform work on repair orders, including complex diagnostics and repairs, maintaining quality and productivity.
• Identify additional safety or repair needs and relay findings clearly to the Service Advisor.
• Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs and operation.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostic findings, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to complete repairs and meet customer expectations.
• Support and mentor apprentice and developing technicians as assigned.
• Stay current on manufacturer training, diagnostic procedures, safety requirements, and regulations.

Salary: $35 - $55 / flat rate, based on experience and certifications

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders, including complex diagnostics and repairs, while maintaining quality and productivity expectations.
• Identify additional safety, maintenance, or repair needs and communicate findings clearly with the Service Advisor.
• Road-test vehicles as needed to verify repairs and ensure proper vehicle operation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of diagnostic findings, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently and meet customer expectations.
• Support and mentor apprentice and developing technicians as assigned; share technical knowledge and best practices.
• Stay current on manufacturer training, technical bulletins, diagnostic procedures, safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Master Technician Additional Responsibility

• Serve as a technical resource for the team by assisting with complex diagnostics, difficult repairs, and technical problem-solving.
• High CSI is a must.
• ASE or manufacturing training.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Manual dexterity.
• Good Judgment.
