Holland Sharpe Inc. is seeking experienced plastic injection molding set-up technicians. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a plastic injection molding facility or equivalent plastics manufacturing background.

Responsibilities include changing molds, setting up presses, and troubleshooting 12–24 machines across shifts to ensure steady production and high-quality parts. Candidates should be proficient with injection molding machines and tooling, and able to read blueprints.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in a plastic injection molding facility.
• Experience with mold/tool/die setup.
• Proficient in blueprint reading.

Mansioni

• Change over molds and tooling on injection molding machines.
• Set up injection molding presses to run parts.
• Manage and troubleshoot 12–24 injection molding machines.
• Clean dies after running to ensure high-quality parts for other shifts.
