McDonald Plastic Molding is a custom injection molding company seeking a hands-on operator for startup, setup, and process optimization. You will work on molding machines, document production data, and collaborate with teams to meet quality standards.

The role requires ability to troubleshoot equipment, perform routine maintenance, and operate forklifts as needed. We offer a family-friendly, growth-oriented environment with competitive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Start up a new production run after mold sets are complete.
• Improve production efficiencies and reduce scrap rates.
• Troubleshoot process issues with equipment and tooling.
• Document and record processes for each production run and customer.
• Set up and changeover equipment for molding machines and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs as required.
