Job summary

Michael & Son Services Inc is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians who take pride in their craft and want to build a long-term career with one of the Mid-Atlantic's most trusted home-service companies.

You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, provide excellent customer service, and support ongoing training and advancement within a team that values craftsmanship and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet
