Experienced HVAC Service Technician

$35–$45/hr | Serving Reading, MA areas

Cooling Unlimited, Inc. is looking for an experienced Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our field team in Reading, MA. Compensation & Schedule

• $35–$45 per hour, based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Overtime opportunities available
• Local residential service territory

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Service Technician, you'll handle residential HVAC service calls from diagnosis through completion. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing heating and cooling system issues
• Performing repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC equipment
• Working on light commercial systems when needed
• Clearly explaining findings, recommendations, and completed work to customers
• Providing professional, courteous service in customers' homes
• Completing service work according to company procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate service documentation
• Helping less-experienced technicians develop their technical skills when appropriate

What You Need

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
