You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, perform preventative maintenance, explain system options to homeowners, and document work using ServiceTitan.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience, EPA Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, strong diagnostic skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems; serviceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Help homeowners understand their systems and recommend the best solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
• Accurately document work using ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work safely every day.
