Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while assisting clients in community outings to promote personal growth.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Must be 18+, able to pass background checks, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities
