Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in recipients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with daily activities, skill-building, and community outings to help clients grow beyond their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a streamlined virtual interview process to join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 caregiver support in clients' homes to help recipients achieve personal goals.
• Assist with daily activities, skills building, and community outings.
• Support emotional well-being and encourage independence.
• Document and report on recipient progress as needed.
