Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate support, encourage independence, and help with skill-building activities, both in-home and in community settings.

The role offers flexibility and the chance to make a tangible difference in clients’ daily lives. Prior caregiving experience preferred; training provided. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
