Responsibilities

• Design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the palate.
• Create specialty items that differentiate each of our dining venues and community events.
• Share your talents - inspire, train, and coach your culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day!
• Preserve your masterpiece creations by monitoring all food preparation, storage, and handling to ensure the freshest meals with safety protocols in place (HACCP).

Salary Range

USD $34.25 - USD $39.50 /Hr.

The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers will consider experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and training. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• Experience as a talented Chef in a high-volume, customer-oriented dining venue, managing multiple priorities while producing quality products.
• Joy in seeing others enjoy your gourmet creations!
• At least 4+ years in a supervisory role with natural leadership abilities.
• Possess and maintain ServSafe Certification.
