All Fleet Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher / Emergency Breakdown Services Coordinator to be the linchpin in assisting stranded truck drivers nationwide, coordinating immediate onsite repair and emergency services so drivers are back on the road quickly.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, the ability to pass a background check, and a positive, service-oriented attitude; you will join a 24/7 operation across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and eagerness to assist customers.
• Swift and professional response to incoming calls.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Active listening with ability to accurately document conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for email and chat interactions.
• Typing at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Applicants must be living in the United States.
• 1–3 years of dispatch, fleet maintenance, or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support stranded truck drivers by coordinating immediate onsite repair and emergency services.

Shift Availability:

All Fleet Inc. operates 24/7 to ensure round-the-clock assistance for stranded truck drivers nationwide. We currently have openings across various shifts, catering to different scheduling preferences:

• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Kickstart your day by making a meaningful impact early in the morning.
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM - Perfect for those who thrive in the evening hours and prefer a later start to their day.
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM - Ideal for night owls looking to work in the quietest hours and make a difference.
