All Fleet Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher / Emergency Breakdown Services Coordinator to coordinate rapid on-site repairs and emergency services for truck drivers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of dispatch, fleet maintenance, or transportation industry experience.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Willing to live/work in the United States.
• Typing 35 WPM with 80% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support stranded truck drivers by coordinating immediate onsite repair and emergency services.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between drivers, mobile technicians, and stakeholders.
• Learn and understand the needs of truck drivers in emergencies and coordinate timely solutions.
• Uphold professionalism and represent All Fleet Inc. in the best possible way.
